While there are many benefits to lean software development (LSD), the approach does not work for every project or organization. The main disadvantages of LSD are;

No, lean software development and minimum viable products are different things. Lean software development is a framework, or a concept, while a “minimum viable product” is an early version of a product. However, an LSD approach can be used to build a minimum-viable product.
